Request account deletion

Use this page if you uninstalled ShotStep or cannot open the app. We verify control of your account email before a deletion request can enter the queue.

This is permanent. Your ShotStep access ends after verification. Coaching relationships end, and the approved player or coach data rules are applied during fulfillment.

We aim to finish a verified request within 30 calendar days and email only after the required checks pass.

Narrow exceptions

A minimal deletion audit, necessary security records, an active legal hold, and temporary encrypted-backup remnants may remain when required. They cannot be used as a working account.

Local app data on an offline device may remain until sign-out, app-data removal, uninstall, or device erase. It cannot sync after your sessions are revoked.
