Request account deletion

Use this page if you uninstalled ShotStep or cannot open the app. We verify control of your account email before a deletion request can enter the queue.

This is permanent. Your ShotStep access ends after verification. Deleting either a coach or player account permanently removes the shared lesson and practice records for every relationship involving that account. The other participant loses access to those records.

We aim to provide a human response within five business days.

We aim to finish a verified request within 30 calendar days and email only after the required checks pass.

Narrow exceptions

A minimal deletion audit, necessary security records, an active legal hold, and temporary encrypted-backup remnants may remain when required. They cannot be used as a working account.

Local app data on an offline device may remain until sign-out, app-data removal, uninstall, or device erase. It cannot sync after your sessions are revoked.
